Expansion

Unlock land that improves how the farm works

More space is useful, but the best next plot is the one that removes a real layout or access problem.

Define the purpose

Decide whether the plot will hold machines, animals, crops or decoration. A named use makes it easier to compare nearby options.

Consider access and shape

A cheaper plot may create an awkward narrow area, while a connected plot can improve paths and machine organization. Look beyond the raw material count.

Protect barn capacity

Expansion parts occupy storage while you collect a set. Avoid holding unlimited mismatched materials if the next unlock remains far away.

Treat special land separately

Some areas require permits or other special resources. Check the live requirement before assuming ordinary deeds, mallets and stakes are enough.

Field note

Expand to solve a space problem you can describe; decoration opportunities will follow naturally.

Keep planning

Read storage planning for expansion materials for the next step.
